2 interviews. 1st with HR rep and Health Coach Manager. 2nd with Health Coach Manager, Health Coach, and head of HR. 1st interview included standard interview questions. 2nd more of the same questions. Also included two case studies that they pull from clientele records. Process takes 3 weeks or so.
