There were three interviews. First one with hiring manager and local sales manager. Second one with hiring manager, local sales manager and other account executive. Third interview with GM. They really get to know your background. They are looking for certain characteristics that would fit the position they are interviewing you for. They want to know what you are passionate about. Are you self motivated? Driven? Ambitious? Curious? Are you an avid learner? Just be yourself and they will figure out if the position is right for you!

Be ready to think on your feet. The questions that they ask see how you would be in a legitimate sales experience. Some people are naturally better at this than others. Thankfully, my past sales experience prepared me to answer these questions well. Remember: it isn't always the answer that they are looking for; sometimes it is the confidence you have with that answer.
Several interviews including a mock pitch with several members of what would be my team and final interview with the CFO. Took several weeks to finalize the interview process. The most lengthy interview process I have ever been a part of.
Met with LSM, and then full management team. Very thorough, professional, and pleasant. Took about two weeks all in before I received a verbal offer. From there, there was a background check, then a formal offer came via email.
