Painfully slow with poor communication. Phone interviews and tests were done in advance of a in person interview. Poor process and panel interview was awful. Very unprofessional for a fortune 500 company. An acquaintance in a networking group had the same experience for a high level marketing position. She decided not to continue the process and i did too. Would not want to work for someone that conducted interviews in that manor. I would not recommend working for this company. The unprofessionallism and arrogance was a big turn off.

In depth background review. Specific experience and examples required. Face to face even with prior company employment. Interview with upper management and the regional human resources personnel even though they already know you and your background.
