I was on site with a contractor for three months before getting a interview with the company. I inqired about a position and submited a resume to HR. A few weeks went by and I was called for a interview. The interview process took about a hour. Then I took a skills test. Basic mechanical function test. After that I was sent to the clinic for a full physical and drug test. After all the results where back I was offered a position.
