Interview process was okay but recruiter is lacking more information regarding processes in the company and what kind of erp system they’re using. During application, applicants take their valuable time and effort to schedule the interview and I feel like the recruiter should go out of their way to at least respectfully update the update the applicants if they will be considered or not for the position.
