The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Helion Energy
Interview
Chaos. They bring you on site after a manager screening over zoom. You have to present then talk to the team and CEO after taking a tour. One day before my interview I talk to the organizer and just confirm my presentation was received. That’s when I learn my presentation time was cut in half. I had no warning and just had to quickly adjust. The CEO was not briefed. He was late to interview, was reading my resume for the first time on the call and had no idea I had already talked to the team. The tour was just pointing out what can visibly be seen. I had to ask questions to pull actual information out of them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Helion Energy (Everett, WA) in May 2024
Interview
Applied online for the position and then was contacted for an introductory phone interview with the recruiter, and then moved on to set up an interview via Zoom with the hiring manager/lead of the team
