Helion Energy interview questions

It's a long process, but getting to see the facility was awesome. The process consists of 3 rounds followed by a final phone call with some of the higher-ups to get a culture feel.

Recruiter screen -> HM interview -> technical interview with a couple engineers -> onsite with presentation. Only made it to HM interview and the dude really made it seem like he is only working there in hopes that the fusion energy if successful, will leave him rich. Rejection email said "nothing that you said in projects were impressive and that I didn't know how to navigate through problems as an engineer" This is a junior position too.. Very blunt rejection. But seems about right for a "startup" wanting to advance into probably an IPO stage.
