When i got the email from the HR Manager, I ditched all the other recruiters from the other companies and prepared for the interview. I knew I was doing the right choice because not only the job description fits my skills and experiences, but also they offered the highest rate from the rest. But here comes the best part... First phase of the interview process, I already felt like I was a big part of the team because the boss himself, Manny, was hands-on with me and knew everything I needed and catered them for my well-being. I have never met a boss whom you can actually talk to like you're close friends. I was tested and walked through everything I needed to learn about the company and about the job process yet there was no pressure at all.
