Interview
Recruiter screen call followed by hiring manager conversation followed by team culture/fit interview.
Standard and friendly interview process right up until a hiring decision has to be communicated. Recruiter did not communicate a hiring decision at all, you have to follow up repeatedly to get a response. I have since assumed the answer is a No since no communication has been made ~1 month after all interviews - despite repeated follow-up emails. Looking at other reviews posted, this non-communication for candidates appears to be the norm for Helix. Extremely poor and shameful end-experience for what was otherwise a pleasant and standard interview process. Please communicate hiring decisions decisively to candidates, it's the least you can do for them after all the time they've invested.
