I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HelloFresh in Oct 2021
Interview
A recruiter contacted me about a week after I applied. On the day of our interview, the recruiter cancelled the meeting 5mins prior. After following up with her for about a few days, we were able to rescheduled. During the phone screen, the recruiter stated she would move me forward; however, a few business days later, an automated rejection email was sent to me. It was confusing, honestly. And, I thought it would have been nicer if the rejection was sent from her actual email even if it was from a template. It's ok though.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for HelloFresh?
Tell me about yourself.
The interview process was pretty fast and easy, they did everything over the phone and through email. I went in for training not too long after the phone interview which was probably about a week later.
Horrible interview process, one of the least professional experiences I’ve had. I had a call with HR about a role, and during that time it was suggested I go through the interview process for a different role. I did that, and the woman I interviewed with said that I was “exactly what she was looking for.” I never heard from the company again after that.
Flash forward, they put me back in the process for the role I originally applied for. I went through five rounds for that role, including a case study. I was told the final round, which I made it to, would only be for the candidate who was “mostly likely going to be chosen, it’s just a formality.”
After that round, I never heard from the company again despite multiple attempts to follow up. Not surprised by their terrible reviews. Extremely incompetent HR team, though every single person I interviewed with was smart and lovely.
