Interview
The interview process was short, from applying to the job offer it took around 10 days. I applied online and was then asked to complete an online role play questionnaire, which lasted 10 minutes. Questions consisted mainly of customer scenarios, where you'd have to reply directly to a customer's email, these were generally issues you had to resolve. After this I was contacted for a telephone interview which was a short chat to understand more about my reasons for wanting to join the company etc. I was then invited for a face to face interview the next day. During the face to face interview I was asked again about why I'd like to join, what attracted me to the job and some questions about how I've dealt with customer service situations in the past, as well as some role play scenarios again, I was also asked a couple of questions regarding my personality which was nice.

Lovely people. I really enjoyed the process, the interviewers were thorough but very nice. I had three stages, one was screening, one was a group interview and then a final 1:1

The team were really lovely. They asked me about my experience and gave me scenario based questions I had to answer. For example, they asked me what I would do if a customer called up and they reported not having a carrot in their box. They also asked random questions like what would I bring to a desert island etc

Interview
Telephone interview followed by an online test and then a face-to-face interview. Fairly easy, an average selection process. Friendly interviewers. Online test is just responding to made up emails from customers and potential scenarios you will be in.
