This was for the HelloFresh DACH network planning and design team. The process was - (1) HR contacted to clarify the compensation details and benefit package (2) Phone screen round with HR and Hiring Manager (3) Online data assessment exercise (4) Technical interview (5) Team fit interview (6) Culture fit interview (7) Confirmation call with HR and hiring manager Overall experience was extremely good, all the interviewers were cordial and the discussions were a learning experience.
