Help at Home Home Health Aide interview questions

Interview was based on application information. Never any questions other than about previous work history. Was not trained. I Filled out paperwork and was given a schedule of clients to visit in their homes. When I asked about job duties, I was told to do whatever the client needed. Very poor interviewing policy and training.

The interview process if easy, informal and usually takes place the day you walk in and apply. If you have a pulse you qualify. They just want to know if you have a car and car insurance and how many hours you are willing to work.
