To be hired trainee had to complete 40 hours of training, background test and drug test. the 40 hours were obtained through 5 days from 8am to 4:30pm. Most of the training was reading comprehension and common sense. On the very last day of training you take a drug and a background test and the employers call you back accordingly to the pass/fail results of the exams.
