Interview
It was the first stage with a group dynamic, it was quite brief.
We had two exercices: the first was for us to introduce ourselves in 5min where we spoke in our mother tongue for the first 3min, and in english for the rest of the time. The second excercice was to comment on a popular saying where we had to say if we identified with it, or not, state the reasons why and provide an example. Afterwards, they would ask questions regarding our presentation and our comment.

Het sollicitatie proces verliep in het begin positief maar bij de laatste ronde nam de kwaliteit helaas af. De HR afdeling reageerde dagen lang niet op mijn e-mails en de afzegging ging vervolgens via een korte e-mail. Ik had wel verwacht dat ik zou worden gebeld.
