The interview process was going fine until the offer was extended. When I told them I needed time off to attend a wedding for which I'd already paid for travel accomodations for, they rescinded the offer altogether with no communication.

Nachdem ich das Telefoninterview erfolgreich gemeistert hatte wurde ich zum persönlichen Bewerbungsgespräch eingeladen. Das Gespräch dauerte 1h und war mit dem Area Manager. Während des Gespräch hatte ich schon ein komisches Gefühl es wurden sehr belanglose Fragen gestellt, wie z.B. Warum hast du Fächer xy als Leistungskurs im Abi gewählt? Warum hast du dorr studiert usw. Nachdem Gespräch wurde ich zu einem weiteren persönlichen Gespräch eingeladen und damit die dritte Runde. Dieses Gespräch ging nochmal 1,5h. Am Ende habe ich leider gar keine Rückmeldung erhalten mit Feedback und wurde geghostet. Sehr schade und frustrierend!

Schneller, effektiver Rekrutierungsprozess (Einladung zum Erstgespräch bereits 1 Tag nach Bewerbung), interessante Gespräche auf Augenhöhe mit Recruiter und dem Fachbereich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wirklich spannende Business Case, der gelöst werden musste. Weiter so. Das war wirklich Spitze!! Eine tolle Erfahrung!!
