They ask a whole lot of questions during the interview. It's the most questions I have ever had to answer. They are in depth so you know what you are signing up for and so they filter you out. Just don't give standard answers or be a cookie-cutter interview. Be honest and knowledgeable in your answer. Don't just blurt the first thing that comes out. Be confident.
