Summary: I strongly discourage any mid-to-senior level individual from applying for employment with this organization. Even though I received an offer of employment, I had an awful experience because HJF's recruiting team went back on their word on salary.
Bait and switch tactics led me to question the professionalism of this organization. Initially it was your basic interview process - three rounds of varying complexity and speaking to different members of the organization. At the end, I was successful and received my offer. It was then that the recruiter decided to offer me about $27,000 a year less than we had negotiated in the very first conversation and refused to budge even one penny. This after I had spent about 80 hours doing research, prepping, and engaging in interviews and written tests. A complete waste of time and money that left an extremely bad taste in my mouth.
