Process involved two interviews. First was a clinical interview that involves nursing/critical thinking based questions. Second was an interview with the unit managers. Overall, communication with everyone was very open and clear.

Why do you want to work here? If you saw a co-worker doing something wrong, how would you react?
Smooth sailing from the recruiters side of things. They called me, told me everything about the position and set me up to meet in person with someone later that week. When I showed up it was almost as if one, the interviewer didn’t want to be there and two, as if he didn’t want ME there. I’ve never felt so awkward doing this interview especially because he had said, “I guess it just is” and only asked me why I wanted to work there. I’m unsure if the person conducting the interview had even held an interview before. It was very odd as he was unprepared as well nor was it his name listed as the person who was supposed to interview me. Nevertheless I expected to hear back later that week or the following as the interviewer told me. I said I hope to hear back from you soon he said definitely. Well he should have said definitely not. Three weeks and counting 😂
