Straightforward but a little odd. Phone interview was odd and though I thought it went well the manager dropped very subtle hints that he didn't think I was a good fit as I have a lot of experience in the military and was transferring in. He expressed similar concerns at the in person interview and seemed to mischaracterize the things I said.
