Interview
You initially get a call for an over the phone interview. Once you complete that step they schedule an in person 1 on 1 interview with the district manager. If he decides to hire you, than they complete an background check and provide you with the information in order to take a drug test in order to officially be offered the job.

Scheduled online, meet with manager and hired within a week, this was 2022. pretty basic interview, started off as a transporter then bumped up to CSR within 6 months. Nothing anyone can't handle, fairly simple job, you have your good days & bad days.
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
