I received a response a week after I applied for the role. It was a very pleasant experience. Initially there was a screen call with a very nice, polite and professional internal recruiter, then I was managed by an interview scheduler. Then a 30 minute call about a full week later with the hiring manager. A couple of weeks later, three back to back calls with a Revenue Operations leader, an SE leader and an SDR leader all very pleasant and very positive, First call was 30 minutes, the other two were 45 minutes. The entire interview process took about a month from the recruiters first outreach to my application (5 weeks from my application date). However communication between the stages of the interviews just wasn't happening and required chasing at every step but in fairness to them, they responded quickly. The interactions with everyone were pleasant. I really thought I was going to receive an offer as I got encouraging positive feedback at every stage. I would have really liked to work for and with the leaders I met as they all had great personalities and experience. I was disappointed not to receive an offer in the end.
