Interview
The selection process consist in 3 interviews.
The first one was a interview with a refer of the RH staff. The agent of RH introduced you to the company and asked you about your personality and general stuff, like previous jobs and english level. This interview was made through Skype.
The second interview was more technical. In this one, two advance developer or software architect asked you about experience, frameworks, technologies and many others theorical subjects. This interview was made face to face in Parana.
And the last one was an interview with a partner of Hexacta. The partner asked you about general stuff and previous experience. This interview was made through Skype too.
