Interview
It was an initial interview after which I was trying to clear out some questions and send additional info. But the company's external communication was appalling. On the scale of zero to none, it was none. This is very unfortunate as I really liked the company, position, potential for growth and opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing.

Why do you want to work for us? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Easy interview, panel interview lots of pressure. Bad upper management that doesn't communicate properly. Interview process is one phone and one video interview. Told it was toxic in the work environment.
