I applied for the position after a school tour. They offered the job after about 3 months from the interview. The interview was in person with the hiring managers from two different areas of the plant. They asked simple questions about my work history and school experience.

Interview
2 rounds of interviews. One with a recruiter, and another with a couple engineers. Mostly behavioral type interview. Not "tested" on technical experience but definitely asked to explain decisions I had made and expand on various projects. Everyone was super nice and made me love the company. I was pretty bummed to not get the position.
