At first I had a hiring manager interview which was focusing both on high level technical evaluation as well as managerial skills. Followed by 3 additional interviews. One interview was fully focused on technical evaluation, another interview was half technical half behavioral and the third one was only behavioral. Throughout the interview process I met impressive interviewers that created a welcoming environment for me to be myself.
