The interview process consisted of three stages. The first stage was a 30-minute conversation with the recruiter. It was a relaxed, informal discussion focused on determining whether there was a mutual fit for the role, covering my background, experience, and motivations. The second stage was a scenario-based presentation. For this role, I was asked to facilitate a mock project kick-off meeting for an enterprise client. The interview was attended by the hiring manager and a member of the Implementation team and lasted just over an hour. I prepared and delivered a presentation using the company's branding to make the exercise as realistic as possible, demonstrating my approach to leading client engagements, managing stakeholder expectations, and communicating project objectives. The final stage was an interview with the Head of Professional Services. This was less focused on technical capability and more centred around cultural fit. HiBob places a strong emphasis on its people-first culture and collaborative way of working, so the discussion explored how I work with others, build relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment. The aim was to assess how well I would integrate into the existing team and align with the company's values.
