Questions were asked from a big book of predefined interview questions. The manager explained the routines of the store. He went into great detail about the position and what was expected if the individual. I was told that I was chosen from about 30 candidates to receive the offer. I accepted and worked there for 3 months until I received an offer

not professional. the questions asked do not relate to being a good manager. the interview process also varies but for most it is necessarily long when it comes to the employer reaching out.
Pretty standard. Started with asking me about my experience and what have I learned from being a regular sale associate. I got offered from working with company for awhile and the store manager decided tk promote me.
