You have two interviews, one with the person who will potentially be your manger, then you will do a ride day with someone on the team you would be joining, next, you will interview with a separate manager
Had a meeting with the manager and the regional manager, along with a day where you shadow a Senior Rep in the region. The interviews were standard and the shadow day is where you can see the different types of businesses and the prospecting that is needed.
