Interview
Met with Manager at a local hotel. This was coordinated through an employment agency. The Manager was wearing jeans and had a long beard. In my opinion he was not very professional or prepared. Was unable to answer multiple questions. Advice to him: Shave the beard and wear professional attire to the interview.
Had a meeting with the manager and the regional manager, along with a day where you shadow a Senior Rep in the region. The interviews were standard and the shadow day is where you can see the different types of businesses and the prospecting that is needed.

It was pretty straight forward, I enjoyed meeting everyone! I had a of fun in my ride along. My manager was super cool during the interview. I got to meet with the president of sales over my region, he was very king understanding. I had great experience overall!
