      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at High Liner Foods (Portsmouth, NH) in Aug 2017

      Interview

I met the recruiter at a job fair and she was so excited to get my resume to the hiring manager and I had an interview set up the next week. I would say that portion of the process was really fast. The interview was scheduled with two people but only one showed up so that was kind of a red flag. A day or so after the interview I sent a thank you email with no response. I sent another follow up email two weeks later, again with no response. The least they could do is send an email out saying you weren't selected. I was upset at first but then chalked it up as a lesson learned and thankful they did me a huge favor, I wouldn't have wanted to work for a company that can't even respond to me after I took the time to go into an interview. They seem to be pretty unorganized and must be having a hard time filling the position, I keep seeing it advertised on different job boards.
