Interview process was drawn out bringing me back 3 times. In the final interview I had to participate in a lengthy, rather pointless Q&A session to evaluate what kind of person I am... Apparently its a personaity survey, but even afer asking I was not privy to the results of my own survey, which I found strange. I was straight forward about what I wanted for compensation and was happily surprised that I didn't have to negotiate further, but rather was offered my asking salary. All in all the process wasn't too bad although I would have preferred in the long run that they hiring managers were open an honest about the role and requirements of the position itself.
