Team of 3 including HR will interview you all at once. Questions were more geared towards personality and team behavior than skills related. Once the interview was completed I sent a thank you email to the panel. I wish I had sent separate emails to each person on the panel as they were all there for various reasons. Company did not send any follow-up email regarding their final hiring decision.
