I received an email and then a phone call from the HR recruiter. Then a 20min phone interview with the recruiter. One day later I received a request to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager and one of the team leads. The Phone interview lasted 45min -1hr and consisted of personality, technical, and experience related questions. In general, it felt in all phases of the process with High Liner that I had to drive the conversation to keep it going and that I was way more prepared then they were. I did not receive any communication at all via email or phone call after the phone interview from anyone at High Liner regarding the status of my candidacy.
