I applied online. I interviewed at High Moon Studios (San Diego, CA) in May 2020
Interview
It was straight forward, about the process of the art test and overall workflow and softwares used for game production. A lot of questions about portfolio and scene creation there and how and with what tools the scene was created.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at High Moon Studios
Interview
They wont even interview you first or give you a rundown of the position, the first thing they request is a week and a half of your time to do unpaid work and don't even have the courtesy to give you feedback afterwards. This is the reality of a rich studio like activision. They wont compensate you for your time and treat you like a number in a line rather than a human being. Sounds like the experience many women have at their studios.
