Ghosted!! I would have given this a thumbs up, but being ghosted ruined it for the entire company for me. I was reading reviews about the interviews here and saw that one person called and emailed for weeks after going through the interview process. I thought or hoped it was a one off. Started with 30min screen with recruiter, and 2nd interview was scheduled a few days later. I was told who would be on the interview and that the final interview would be with the hiring manager. The is second. Interview had the hiring manager in it, in addition to his manager. That interview went really well, at least I thought. And here I am now, not knowing if they made a decision or were scheduling a final interview. Not a Yes. Not a No. Just absolute disrespect. Note to recruiters and stakeholders: we are getting savaged out here looking for jobs and interviewing. Common decency should be given for those who invest their time. It’s a two-way street. We matter. If the recruiters can’t be strong enough to deliver bad news to a candidate, then you may want to find someone who can. They are giving your company a bad name.
