The interview process started out as expected with an initial phone screening with the recruiter. I was told that I would receive an answer the next day on whether or not they would like to continue but I did not hear anything back and followed up with an email a couple days later. I finally heard back from the recruiter a week later stating that the hiring manager enjoyed speaking with me but that they decided to go with another candidate. The thing is............I never spoke with any hiring manager. I found this very unprofessional and shows just how unorganized and inconsiderate their recruiting department operates. If you say you are going to follow up the next day then do it. It takes literally 1 minute to write an email. I would not recommend applying as they seem to lack basic values.
