Interview
First call was a recruiter call, mainly to ensure good culture/company fit. Moved on to the next round fairly quickly and interviewed with the hiring manager within 2 days. Was told it was a great interview, I would do a SWOT analysis over a website and then a panel interview, turned the SWOT in, and radio silence for over a week. Followed up, radio silence for 3 more days and then got an email that I didn’t get the job. Requested feedback, didn’t hear back. Much like other interviewers, they seem to drop you pretty quickly if they don’t see value.
