There was a recruiter screening call, our interests seemed to line up. They reached out to schedule a 1-hour call with a manager. It was a non-technical chat about my experience and some standard interview questions. It went well and they even said I was a good fit and they would reach out to the recruiter to schedule a technical interview with me. They may have been lying or didn't have control over who gets to the next interview because no invite ever came. I even reached out to the recruiter to ask about it, no response. Completely ghosted, very unprofessional.
