I was initially contacted by the recruiter and had a brief conversation with him over the phone. He then put me through to an interview with the head of the department via phone a week later. Following that interview I was brought in to one of their offices for a sit down interview with some potential colleagues, one would have been a manager the other a peer. Following the interview with them I was put on a video call with the department head for another hour of interviewing with him.
