Initial phone interview then follow-up, in-person interview at the clinic. During the phone interview they tell you more about the job and ask about experience. In-person interview is similar and they give you a tour of the clinic

They ask about prior experience working with children and/or experience in the field of ABA.
How comfortable are you working with kids who display aggression i.e. spitting, throwing things, hitting and how would you handle a situation in which a child became aggressive?
Interview was personal and laid back. The process was easy and the company is very welcoming and friendly. First interview was a phone call and the second was with the clinic director. The process was overall easy and straightforward.
