I submitted and application over 30+ days ago & received a text from a recruiter that contained misspellings and was also missing words. I thought it was a scam because of the errors, so I searched the number and number. I found her on LinkedIn and the number went back to her as well, so I called and left a voicemail. I didn’t hear back so I texted the number the next day and received a call back within minutes. After that call she sent me a Teams interview link for the next day that contained 15 people in the recipients and misspelled my name in the subject line and body even though it was correctly spelled on my application and the resume attached. It was embarrassing.
Some basics for this position if anyone else is looking at the same one: You are not allowed to take any days off or any time off at all during training, this includes medical appointments, I would assume that if you called out for any reason you would probably be let go. It was not specified whether this was in person or remote, even thought the job was a remote position. Training for when they wanted me to start was October 1st 2022- January 2023. Hours for training are 8-4:30. There is an early shift after training, 7-3:30 I believe but you have to have higher seniority to get this. This is a tier 1 position. The pay will not surpass $19 and change (possibly) starting out. You have to stay in this position for 1 year before moving to another role or you need a manager’s approval. 18 days of PTO for the yr after training, and they said I would get all benefits for myself and family starting November 1st (about 30 days after starting.)
Ultimately, I withdrew my application and cancelled the interview because it isn’t a good fit for me.
