Initial interview was a quick meeting with a recruiter who provided a top level explanation of the role, spoke to the hiring process, and asked some basic questions to confirm my familiarity with this type of work. Next interview was with the hiring manager to discuss how my experience would fit with this role (since it wasn't a 1:1 title match) but mostly for me to ask questions. Last round was about 3 back-to-back 15-minute meetings with the department manager and two peers to ask questions and probably gauge culture fit. Overall, interviews weren't difficult but the hiring process took several months due to holidays.
