- Talent acquisition group reached out to me about a position that became available based off of my resume that was already in the system - Had one phone interview with the hiring manager which was standard - Had 2 face to face interviews with 2 people each, very by the book, they had specific questions from packets provided by highmark ***Never heard anything back from this interview - Talent acquisition group reached out to me again regarding the same position that was available - They then told me that the specific position that I previously applied for was removed and the new job was within a different group - Did not have a phone interview for the new opportunity - Had 5 face to face interviews throughout the course of a morning, each 30 min.
