The interview process was virtual and consisted of a group case study for 30 minutes and a 30 minute individual interview with someone in a senior leadership/director position. The case study was five or six questions that we answered and presented as a team at the end of the time. The recruiters stayed in the zoom breakout room with cameras and microphones off to observe how we worked as a team. The interview was on Friday and I received a call where I was offered the position the following Monday. Overall a painless interview process!

Entire Process took less than three months from initial application being sent in. After an initial phone interview, I was invited to the Interview Day with 20+ other candidates. The day consisted of three total interviews, two 30-minute duration interviews and a 30-minute business-case. Only took a little less than three weeks for a decision.

By applying to this role, you were required to take a Gallup test to see if you were qualified to be in this program. if you passed it, you were given a phone call to go onto the next step, which is considered a super day. The super day consists of you interviewing with multiple leaders within the org, and then a business case.
