Interview
Applied online at their website. Got a call and did a screening interview. Got a call back for their super interview day. They interview about 40 people and cut it to about 10 for the final job. Then got a call for the job offer. The interview was a mix of professional and personal work style questions. RESEARCH the company before you go...they will be impressed.
