First step of the process was an email from a recruiter that scheduled an appointment for a phone interview, which occurred two weeks later. The phone interview was with two of the team managers who mostly discussed the day to day responsibilities and an overview of the company. After the phone interview, I waited another two weeks for any word on an in-person interview.
