Very bad experience overall! I applied online and I had a call with the hiring manager directly. The conversation went really well and we learnt about each other. After a couple of weeks, I was called for an onsite interview where I met 3 data scientists. They were really nice and we had a healthy discussion. The only thing that bothers me is that the HR did not share the result of my interview. I took time off from my work and traveled several miles to meet the hiring team. The least I expect from the HR is to inform about the interview result. The HR ghosted me and I had to assume that I was rejected for the role. I do not recommend Highmark to anyone looking for a dynamic work culture. Everything seemed very slow and the organization structure looked confusing.
