It is hard to imagine a workplace where everyone (recruitment team, hiring manager, peers, and superiors who were part of the interview panel) has a consistent view of mission and culture. Highmark is certainly an exception, in my experience, and it included both positives and opportunities for improvement. Everyone was able to connect the dots between the role and how they will partner with the role, again, not an easy task. The recruitment team is top-notch....they are proactive, helpful, and candid.
