I did an online application, then I received an e-mail to do an online assessment, and personality test, it took about 45min in all. I then received an e-mail to set up an interview. They do a complete background check, and even pull your credit report. Some of my references were very uncomfortable with the questions they were asked. They felt the question were very personal and inappropriate.

The questions are pretty typical, asking what you would do in certain situatiions dealing with different customer sceneries.
Spoke with HR for an initial screening. Easy discussion to get to know more about the role and salary. It didn't align with my salary requirements, however the HR rep was very friendly, easy to talk to, and it was still a productive conversation.

The interview questions were very easy questions, only lasted about 15 minutes long. There were two interviews in a zoom. The schedule is est time zone. 6 weeks of training.
