Interview
I interviewed with two teams of two actuaries at a university career fair. Both interviews were straightforward; they asked a variety of behavior questions and questions about my background. All four employees were extremely kind and helpful. They seemed to be more interested in personality, work ethic, etc. than extensive knowledge about the actuarial career. It was a very positive experience.
